Lead Designer and New School Marketing Strategist

​In this role I manage all of the design requests from 50 campuses nationwide -  creating flyers, invitation, advertisements, banners, and other promotional pieces for our Fusion campuses across the nation. I also create the new school marketing plans for eight campuses yearly and support each new campus with marketing materials, plans, training, and event planning support. On top of this I work closely with my marketing team to brainstorm and design new multimedia campaigns.​​​​​

  • Spearhead the development of market specific marketing strategies and lead execution of all marketing tactics, creative design, reporting, and vendor management related to the launching of thirty-one campuses nationwide.

  • Direct the use of messaging, tone, typography, graphic standards, and design aspects for all marketing creative including printed collateral, print and digital advertising, website and landing pages, radio, and social media to ensure quality and brand consistency.

  • Facilitate partnerships with external agencies: print houses, creative agencies, social media vendors, promotional items suppliers, and photography and video studios.

  • Coach and supervise fifty campuses nationwide with market specific marketing strategies including brand trainings, event planning, print and digital advertising, sales, and a wide variety of marketing materials and promotional items.

  • Create the marketing budgets for new school launches as well as each campus’ individual marketing budget and maintain spend within budget.

  • Manage relationships and projects with internal content writers, web developers, and designers.

  • Built and maintain an online “Marketing Vault” website housing over 175 editable marketing templates.

  • Reduced errors, lost emails, and missed deadlines by creating and launching a task management system for the marketing team which is utilized by all fifty campuses and our corporate office.

  • Present marketing strategies and brand updates to 300+ attendees at a yearly conference.

  • Report weekly status updates and success metrics to the Director of Marketing, Vice President of New School Openings, and Chief Operating Officer.

As a photo designer I edited photos and designed photo books, business cards, invitations, fliers, posters, magnets, buttons, and other photography products. I also scheduled photo sessions, communicated with clients, and managed several customer orders from start to completion on a daily basis.

Design and Social Media Intern

I developed and managed a social media program for 17 schools located in California, New York, Florida, and Georgia. I also scripted, filmed and edited 21 professional-quality videos that were used on social media channels, school websites, and in marketing campaigns raising the number of views on YouTube by 44 percent in six months.
