  • Own the brand and content strategy for all four Fusion Education Group Brands including messaging, tone, typography, graphic standards, and design aspects across all marketing platforms.

  • Direct the campaign vision and execution for all seasonal, evergreen, and offer-based campaigns for 3+ years and managed internal creative team and external agencies on campaign deliverables from strategy to conception through execution – making sure deliverables have an integrated approach, are “on brand”, deliver consistent brand messaging, and meet deadlines.

  • Supervise internal creative team to prioritize and execute multiple tasks/projects at a time, making sure deadlines are communicated and met and deliverables are high quality.

  • Manage partnerships with external creative agencies, print houses, social media vendors, promotional items suppliers, photography and video studios, web developers, and paid media specialists.

  • Regularly review, critique, and guide work generated by the team and creative agency partners to guarantee our marketing materials are executed at the highest possible quality, delivered on time, and stay true to the brand.

  • Prepare and present deliverables and marketing strategies to executives, regional teams, and positional roles for marketing campaigns, new strategies, updates, and progress reports on a regular basis.

  • Managed messaging, tone, typography, graphic standards, and design aspects for all marketing creative including printed collateral, print and digital advertising, website and landing pages, radio, and social media to ensure quality and brand consistency.

  • Served as the designer for Fusion Education Group, creating over 90% of Fusion Education Group's creative assets.

  • Built and maintained an online marketing portal filled with over 175 marketing templates – giving the marketing team the ability to support individual locations while also allowing us to focus on a national marketing strategy.

  • Designed the Fusion Academy Website UI and managed web-development partners through the UX design and multiple rounds of performance testing which lead to significant growth in organic inquiries.

  • Reduced frequent errors, lost emails, and missed deadlines by creating and launching a task management system for the marketing team which was then adopted by 70+ campuses and our corporate office.

  • Coached and oversaw 70+ campuses nationwide with market-specific marketing strategies including brand trainings, event planning, print, and digital advertising, sales, and a wide variety of marketing materials and promotional items.

  • Launched a national webinar series in March of 2020 and owned scheduling, building, and promoting all of our national webinars, partnering with other departments to ensure their success.

As a photo designer I edited photos and designed photo books, business cards, invitations, fliers, posters, magnets, buttons, and other photography products. I also scheduled photo sessions, communicated with clients, and managed several customer orders from start to completion on a daily basis.

Design and Social Media Intern

I developed and managed a social media program for 17 schools located in California, New York, Florida, and Georgia. I also scripted, filmed and edited 21 professional-quality videos that were used on social media channels, school websites, and in marketing campaigns raising the number of views on YouTube by 44 percent in six months.
